Terms of use
Last updated:
1. Who we are
zeropii is a product of Go-Virtual (sole proprietorship, Dutch CoC no. 77601262), also trading as Artificial Studio ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the use of the website zeropii.nl and the online demo.
2. What zeropii is
zeropii is a proxy filter that masks personal data in prompts before they reach an AI model. The online demo on this website runs on our environment and is intended to demonstrate the concept. A production deployment takes place at or for your own organisation and is arranged on request, under separate agreements.
3. Use of the demo
You use the demo responsibly and not in a way that overloads, disrupts or abuses the service. Do not enter data you have no right to use. The demo is meant to show how personal data is masked; preferably use example or test data.
4. Your own API keys
If you use your own API key from an AI provider in the demo, you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms. Your key is used only for your request and is not stored by us.
5. No warranty
The demo is provided "as is", without warranty as to availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. zeropii is a technical measure that reduces and documents the risk of data leaks through AI; it is not a guarantee of compliance with the GDPR or other legislation.
6. Intellectual property
The name zeropii, the website, its texts and design are owned by Go-Virtual. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the demo or this website, including indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy applies to the use of zeropii.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The most recent version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
